Children’s Palliative Care Nurses – United Kingdom

Lion Recruitment are currently looking for a number of experienced Children’s Palliative Care Nurses for multiple substantive opportunities at NHS organizations across the UK.

Our clients are spread throughout the South East of England and have instructed us to search for qualified Paediatric Nurses who possess end of life care experience to join their highly skilled team.

Skills and Experience
• 2 year’s post registration experience preferably within a children’s setting, including some managerial responsibilities
• Excellent clinical nursing skills in complex medical care
• Post graduate training in paediatrics
• Care of children with special and complex needs
• Experience of paediatric palliative care will be advantageous
• Proven excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience of delivering end of life care
• Mentoring/Developing Qualification
• Counselling skills


Desirable Requirements
• NMC Registration
• Confident English communication skills
• Driving License will be advantageous

Salary and Benefits
• Attractive salary: £ 24,000 - 32,500 (depends on qualifications and experience)
