Portable balancer, vibration analyzer "Balanset-1A"
Portable balancers, Balanset vibration analyzers can be used for balancing any rigid rotors including: fan blades, crushers, mills, centrifuges, pulleys and other rotating machinery.
They can also be used as a measuring system for modernizing old balancing machines or for constructing new ones.
The Balanset can be equipped with various sensors: standard vibration sensors, accelerometers, force sensors or inductive sensors.
As an option, an incremental angular displacement sensor can be included with the necessary accessories and specialized software which can control the angular positioning of the balancing rotor when selecting the corrective weight removal (installation) location.
The proposed devices have a number of advantages over similar equipment :
- High quality and performance balancing of various rotor mechanisms at a low price.
- Ease of use and user-friendly interface of the software. For mastering the devices requires minimum time, as the ideology and design of the devices are focused on the mode "switch on - and go".
- The presence of 2 vibration sensors in the basic set of the device, which allows measuring the vibration by two channels simultaneously, which significantly increases the productivity of the dynamic balancing of rotors.
- Lower (by 2-5 times) cost in comparison with similar devices.
In more than five years about two thousand Balanset units have been produced in more than 50 countries of the world.
During this time, three versions of the devices have been replaced, and a lot of work has been done to improve the devices and the software.
